CONFIRM YOUR AIRCRAFT
Once you have selected your preferred aircraft - your Aviation Consultant will send you a Charter Contract for signature & Charter Invoice for payment.
RECEIVE YOUR FLIGHT ITINERARY
When all aspects of the trip are fully confirmed, your Aviation Consultant will send you a flight itinerary that confirms all details pertaining to your flight and ensure all your preferences (catering, car service) are ready for when you board

Flights will be operated by FAR Part 135 direct air carriers that have been certified to provide service for Eclipse Air Charter clients and that meet all FAA safety standards and additional safety standards established by Eclipse Air Charter.
